Helen Skelton looked radiant as she showcased her growing baby bump in a Wednesday Instagram post.

The TV personality, 38, posed up a storm in a pair of light blue dungarees which she layered above a white knitted sweater.

Helen is expecting her third child in the New Year with husband, England team player Richie Myler, 31

Joined by her black Labrador Spiderman who sweetly gazed up at his mum, she completed her ensemble with a pair of onyx boots.

She wrote in her caption: 'Third pregnancy..... first pair of dungarees. @angelascanlon said it’s ok to dress like a toddler..... I trust scanlon.

'Thanks for the pants @seraphinematernity #pregnancy #comfortable #maternity #maternitywear #winterwear.'

The Blue Peter presenter revealed her due date is New Years Eve as she discussed her third pregnancy on Lorraine in September.

Helen told how her husband is hoping she doesn't give birth early like she did with her two previous children as he would miss Christmas.

She already shares sons Ernie, six, and Louis, four with her partner.

When asked by Lorraine on the show when her due date is she replied: 'New Years Eve. The other two were early and my husband keeps saying can we not do Christmas because he missed the last one.

'I said that's fine you do the dinner then I'll sit there with my feet up!'

Earlier that month Helen confirmed she was expecting her third child with rugby league star husband Richie in a sweet Instagram post.

She told fans she was 'grateful' as she debuted her baby bump in blue dungarees, while surrounded by the couple's two sons.

In the pregnancy announcement, Helen looked radiant as she placed one hand on her blossoming baby bump alongside her two young sons.

She teamed her chic attire with platform sandals and cat eye sunglasses, and allowed her blonde locks to fall loosely around her face and shoulders.

The Countryfile host simply captioned the post with the hashtag 'grateful' and emojis including a baby and baby bottle emoji.

Richie also shared the post to his Instagram Stories, captioning it: 'Ding ding Round 3.'

It came after the family had just returned from a sun-soaked getaway to Malta.
