After a tense final episode, Brooke Blurton chose Darvid Garayeli as her final match, saying goodbye to runner-up Jamie-Lee Dayz.

It was an incredibly close call. And the producers left us well and truly on the edge of our seats throughout the entire episode.

But now that we have our winner, we have one very important question:

Are Brooke and Darvid still together?

Yep, it looks like Brooke and Darvid are still together.

We were pretty sure about this because Brooke has booked in a bunch of post-Bachelor press interviews, claiming that her 'winner' will be present too.

Now we know that her winner is Darvid, we can expect to see the two of them on the press train together tomorrow.

On Thursday night, Darvid confirmed the news on Instagram.

"I can’t believe I found my person," he wrote.

"When I entered this experience, I can honestly say I had no idea what to expect, I’ve come out of this with my life partner and she’s so much more than I could have ever envisioned.

"It’s been an absolute roller coaster to get to this point, four months of laughter, tears and endless FaceTimes.

"This is the beginning of a new chapter for both of us and I can't wait to move into our Melbourne abode."

Brooke also shared the same photo on Instagram, writing: "My person. I love you unconditionally."

Before the season aired, Brooke told that she had met "her person".

"I wanted to revert The Bachelor franchise back to its core value, which is falling in love. And I feel like I've definitely found that," she shared.

"I think the outcome was definitely what I was hoping for. I definitely have found my person and I'm definitely really happy."

Since the finale episode wrapped, Brooke also shared a tweet saying she was officially resigning from The Bachelor franchise because she had "found love".

In 2018, Brooke was the frontrunner on Nick "Honey Badger" Cummins' season of The Bachelor.

However, despite being a clear frontrunner, Brooke ultimately opted to quit the show towards the end of the season.

"Nick deserves to be happy; it's his journey, and he wants to fall in love," she said at the time.

"But with it being so close to crunch time, I realised I still wasn't in love with him. I didn't see myself saying 'I love you' at the end and I didn't want to take that away from him."

The following year, Brooke appeared on Bachelor in Paradise, where she had a short fling with fellow The Bachelor alum , before leaving the reality show.

From that moment on, there had been calls for the proud Noongar-Yamatji woman to be Australia's .

"I think it came around at the right time," Brooke told Mamamia, reflecting on her decision to appear on the reality show.

"It just felt like it was the right decision and I'm in a really good frame of mind to do it. I wasn't exactly ready, or I didn't feel like I was in the right time or place beforehand."
